Cancellations
Before January 1, deposit is refundable. After January 1, deposit is nonrefundable.
Daily Rate
Daily rate is based on 1/5 of the weekly rate.
Pets
No pets please.
Kids Stay Free
Children under the age of 12 stay free.
Deposits
See the deposit required in above chart. Deposits can be made with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover cards. They can also be made by personal check, but must be received with in 7 days of booking your reservation.
Check In - Check Out
Your vacation begins at 2 PM. Please NO early arrivals. We have very little time to get the resort ready for our new guests. Arrival prior to 2 PM will result in a $50 early-arrival fee per cabin.
Damage Deposit
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damage or extensive cleaning caused during your stay.
Early Departures
Renter is responsible for the entire reserved length of stay.
Day Guests
No day guests allowed unless first approved by Birch Forest Lodge. A charge will be applied for all approved day guests.
For cancellations less that four weeks prior to reserved dates, you will be expected to pay for the time you reserved, whether or not you stay for any or all of that time, unless your cabin is rented on the same basis by a new reservation.
Large groups will be required to pay in full one month prior to arrival. This will be refunded only as described above.
