Damage Deposit
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damage or extensive cleaning caused during your stay.

Cancellations
Before January 1st, deposit in refundable. After January 1st, deposit is nonrefundable. A $25 service fee will be charged for all refunds prior to January 1st.

Daily Rate
Daily rate is based on 1/5th on the weekly rate.

Your vacation begins at 2:00 pm the day of arrival and checkout is 8:00 am
